Communicating with our stakeholders UKOOA recognises the importance of consulting with key Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) in developing processes to identify and improve environmental performance. In 1998, we resumed discussions with the Wildlife and Countryside Link, an umbrella organisation for groups with an interest in environmental issues which presents the oil and gas industry with its members' collective views. In addition, our member companies continue to meet regularly with individual NGOs.
